Safety blocks
F5 Series “F5” pressure switches activate a microswitch once a preset pressure value is reached. The preset pressure is set by rotating the internal screw located at the center of the instrument. The internal screw is accessible by removal of the protection plug, clockwise to increase and vice-versa to decrease the value. The nut can be located when the set pressure is reached. Mechanical stops protect both the spring and microswitch from over pressurization. Of compact and economical construction, it is suitable for system not requiring a constant alteration of the operating set, conversely, the possibility to block the protection plug can avoid unwanted or unintentional changes of the same value.
KLV5 Series “KLV5” electronic pressure switches permit the regulation of n.2 operating point with adjustable hysteresis. Simple and intuitive in the programming, the KLV5 is equipped by rotating display and hydraulic connection that permit to set easly the connector M12x1 in the most suitable position. It permit also a perfectly visibility of the display in every application. It is possible to activate a password protection to provide protection from unauthorised program modifications.
XT5 Series The adjustable electronic thermostat “XT5” is projected to commutate an exchange electric contact when the temperature reach a temperature value settled by the user. A bicolour led signals the commutation of the electric contact. The adjustment of the operating point is made by using the trimmer on the top of the instrument, protected from the impurity and from accidental tampering with a pressure cap. Turning on the clockwise the operating value increases on the contrary the value decreases.
K9-ATEX This pressure switch thanks to a special micro switch allow to combine the mechanical features of K9 standard with the ATEX II 2G EEX d II C T6 certification.
LVO level gauge The "LVO" level gauges series, at horizontal operation, is likely to indicate the minimum or maximum amount of fluid in a tank. The type of contact allowa for a simple N.O. or N.C. signal through the positioning of the same level switch. The attachment provides a single run with threaded connection.
ELECTRONIC FLUID INDICATOR ZVL The electronic flow indicator “ZVL” series allow the commutations of two separate electronic micro-switches once two different preset flow values are reached, with the possibility to set separately also the reset value.
